We provide a project-specific estimate after understanding the space. A square-foot figure by itself cannot tell you whether removal, base preparation, disposal or finishing are included.

Compare estimates on the same basis
Ask each installer to identify the turf product, preparation, drainage approach, infill, edges and disposal. If one quote excludes work another includes, the headline prices are not directly comparable.
Ask which product and workmanship terms apply, and get them in writing. Your written estimate should reflect the work your actual space needs.
Plan for care as well as installation
Artificial turf still needs debris removal and routine care. Pet areas also need cleaning. Include that in your decision alongside the mowing and lawn irrigation you may reduce.
What affects the price

- Removal and accessExisting surfaces, disposal and the route into the yard affect the work involved.
- Base and drainageGround conditions, grading and the proposed drainage system determine the preparation.
