Start with how your dog uses the yard
One dog using a small side yard creates a different cleaning challenge from several dogs sharing a larger space. Tell us how many pets you have, where they spend time and which parts of the yard are difficult to keep clean.
We’ll discuss turf options alongside the base, drainage and access to water for rinsing. Choosing a pet-use surface is only part of the plan.
Drainage and cleaning belong together
Artificial turf does not make pet waste disappear. Solid waste still needs picking up, and urine can leave residue that needs rinsing and cleaning. Ask about the care instructions for the exact product and infill in your estimate.
Consider shade and summer use
Artificial surfaces can become hot in direct sun. Show us the shade in your yard and the times your dogs use it. We can discuss the placement of the turf and keeping access to shaded areas.
