Put your priorities on the plan
If you’re updating an Aurora yard, start with what needs to work: a lawn for family use, a dog area, room to entertain or a putting green. We’ll discuss the turf alongside the parts of the garden you already have.
A finished yard and a space starting from bare ground need different preparation. Photos help us understand the starting point; the site visit is where we look at access, levels and drainage.
Bring any landscape requirements
If your property has an HOA or a landscape approval process, gather the relevant guidelines before making final material choices. We can discuss the proposed layout with you, but approval requirements depend on the actual property.
Think about future work too. If a fence or patio is still to come, the order of the work can affect access and the finish.
