Plan before choosing materials
If your property is subject to HOA landscape requirements, check the current approval process before committing to a design. Bring those requirements to the conversation so the proposal can reflect them.
We’ll look at drainage, access and how turf will meet existing surfaces. For pets, we’ll also discuss cleaning and shade instead of treating the grass as a maintenance-free surface.
